  Valeriana Chikoti-Bandua    President & Founder    Vale is a young professional from Angola currently residing in the US. Among other things she is a TED Talk public speaker, a former refugee, and a human rights advocate of the girl child and women. Vale's expertise ranges from human rights, refugee and migrant advocacy engagement, community and international development, to HIV and AIDS issues in Sub-Saharan Africa. She started MTAR in 2016 as a way to channel her passion for marginalized populations into practical action. In her own time Vale enjoys ample Netflix series, laughter with friends and family, travel, and engaging her culinary curiosities.   Find out more about Vale here

  Jordan White       M  edical & Humanitarian Director   Jordan White is a native of Dallas,TX and university graduate of ORU. She currently serves a registered nurse supervisor who specializes in dealing with oncology patients in the DFW area. She is a member of the ONS society and was nominated as one of the top nurses in the state of Texas. Her passion to serve locally and globally in the healthcare industry has led her to work on short term medical missions trips in Ghana and the Honduras. Where she focused on serving marginalized communities while providing adequate healthcare. Her experiences abroad and locally have empowered her to be intentional about being an effective contributor to immigrant and refugee populations. As she continually learns how to educate others on holistic perspectives through physical, mental, and spiritual health and well being. Serving as the medical and humanitarian director for MTAR Jordan looks forward to the various initiatives, programs and deliverables that MTAR seeks to achieve.   Find out more about Jordan here

  Paulo Chikoti-Bandua    Management & Media Director    Paulo is a young Angolan creative based in the U.S., having earned his MBA from Oral Roberts in 2015. His interests lie in the visual arts, digital art, social and economic development, entrepreneurship, and Sub-Saharan Africa. In his spare time Paulo is an avid reader, sports gamer, consumer of film, and traveler.   Find out more about Paulo

In his spare time Paulo is an avid reader, sports gamer, consumer of film, and traveler.
